Sanjay Srivastava is a seasoned strategy, business development and operations professional having more than 22 years of work experience, with 18 of those years in the education training industry – which includes successfully establishing, managing and helping growth of new business units.

His core areas of expertise are strategic planning, engineering/re-engineering business processes, managing budgets and P&L, revenue and profit maximizations, CAPEX optimizations, sales management, business development, channel development and management, operations management, and developing and leading teams.

Sanjay received his Bachelors in Science from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna University, Garhwal in 1988, his Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science & Applications in 1990 and MBA in 1993 both from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra.
Currently, he is the Chief Business Officer – Business and Operations (India), with GEMS Education, an international chain of schools and education services. GEMS Education has K-12 schools pan-India catering to premium and mid market, Dream India K10/K8 schools catering to the budget segment, GEMS Skills catering to the GOI initiative of Skill India, Make in India initiative and Government Schools management and operations. Here, he leads the initiative of rebuilding and re-establishing the organization and the brand in the education space. Before this, he held important positions in several companies:
